The “Journey Room” is designed for entry-to-mid career entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals. This program is not for the lighthearted or anyone who isn’t prepared to take extreme ownership.

The program will consist of a mental and physical assessment to provide a baseline to your level of performance. Each 12-week master program is specifically tailored to you, and only you.

Your workload will include work-sheets, brand development trials, physical challenges, idea-to-iteration, bi-weekly video calls, access to business hours email and texting for questions, thoughts, and tips while you are enrolled into the program.

  • We will begin by accessing your current metrics, level of performance and setting specific goals for you. If you are just in the brainstorm phase or a few years into your brand; I will tailor the program for your exact situation to set you up for success.

  • The program will challenge you mentally and physically. No two programs are the same. You will receive a certificate of completion once you’ve completed the program. Once you register, I will reach out to you personally for a phone call to discuss program that is specially made for you only.

  • This program will increase mental toughness, maximize creative output and have a focus in the following areas:

The Cardinal Land Master Program was created for creative professionals who are ready to take their career to new heights. The program is only accessible by application. Due to the nature of this program; we only allow a maximum of 20 individuals enrolled at one time to ensure maximum commitment and access to resources.

Paul Maldonado, professionally known as Paulynino is an award-winning artist, serial-entrepreneur, and inventor of the Betterment Method.
